I've been using Tretinoin 0.05% every night for years now, religiously cleaning my face with Cerave cleansers in the morning and evening, applying sunscreen and yet these fucking pimples won't stop popping up. And what's worse is that it takes months for these red spots to fade completely. I don't know what the fuck to do at this point, like if I was at puberty I'd get it but even back then I didn't have this recurring shit like I do now.

Could it be down to a shit moisturizer? Shit sunscreen? I tried Cerave lotion, switched to Cetaphil, same shit.

My diet is fine too like I barely eat fastfood nowadays, maybe once a week because I cba to cook during weekends.

U need accutane to actually shrink ur sebaceous glands i promise u at 20 or 30mg its not gonna be that bad js moisturizer most ppl js get slightly dry lips but chapstick exists please dude stop wasting ur money on skincare all u need is 30mg accutane once acne is gone change to 10 or 20mg and keep moisturizing and chapstick if needed

What worked for me is an only raw milk products diet(cheeses, milk) + high quality mineral water diet. In the first picture, this was the least acne I had at the time. The second one is recent. Can‘t guarantee that this shit will work but accutane is the second option ig

I wasted so much time in highschool “muhhh accutane bad” no skincare bs ever totally cleared my acne. I take 10 mg accutane per day now and there is no sides to that and my skin looks better than ever. Unless you already have liver failure there is no point to worry abt liver problems from accutane low dose. And unless you are trying to have a kid rn why be scared of accutane.
