I did skincare since I was a faggot 13 year old redpiller david gogginsmaxxing and carrotmaxxing because alpha m. told me to look better, fucking dogshit cope that kept going on until I was 16. Now I don't use any shit cleansers or lotions maybe vaseline for my lips, but diet fucking mogged skincare to the grave. Not to dickride raw meat but it did make my skin heal, even pits on my nails that have been around since 14 have disappeared and since I didn't get sick im not anxious about dying from it lol.

TLDR; I did, but quitting did way more than using those gayass products
