skin types are a joke; just see what you're sensitive to then work from there.

no elements or factors besides genetics and diet, fix your skin from the inside out. You don't get all rough with your face, so don't get all rough with your stomach either. Give it good food, don't inflame it, etc.—the same with every organ

There’s multiple ways to get perfect skin, however what are you trying to address? Scarring? Acne?

I used to have severe acne and I cleared up my skin significantly from b.p. face wash, clindamycin, cerave cream, tarte bb cream spf 30, and tret 0.05%. Obviously accutane is the easiest fix, but you said you’d like to avoid that, so this is one of the best routines for acne.
For scarring tret helps somewhat too, but I found microneedling is the one thing that significantly helped my texture and past scarring, I go to professional appointments monthly and get about 2mm deep. Also don’t fall for the bs trend hoppers always try to push on you like injecting ghk-cu, just a waste of money and it’s cope in a bottle.
