Skinny fat is hell on earth. How many kg do i need to loose??

I get called skinny with clothes. Still i have a huge beer belly.
At the moment i am 71 kg at 178cm.
I was once a muscular 80kg guy, and then when depression and low testosterone hit me, i lost 10-9kg and now i am here. A skinny fat monster.
As it seems, i would need to loose 5-10kg. But then i would be 60-65kg, which is a joke to 99% of girls.
What should i do? I cant roid, because of heart problems :( I train 4-5 times a week, and only eat 2200-2300calories, daily 5-10k steps. Still i dont gain muscles, and my belly only gets fatter.

I would rather be Skinny with Chiseled jawline instead .. Bloated face with fat belly... but if you have muscle you can normally lose 10-8kg without looking shit body wise.

you have more fat than muscle. you should be at 78kg. lean down first then build muscle thats the quickest and easiest way to do it. lift too

You are miscounting caloric intake, simple as that. If you truly ate 2200kcal consistently with any decent activity level you would lose weight. You're just miscounting and / or being inconsistent.

Nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be

You're pretty lean. Only have maybe 4-5 kg to lose till you're super lean

Eat on a deficit on days you don't train, eat at maintenance or slight surplus on days you train.

Lift heavy and aim to lift more every time

Your body will respond
 
I am 100% correct. I track everything. Maybe i really have a hormonal problem. I was very low t for 1-2 year.
Laws of thermodynamics still apply. This is one of those things which is so common its laughable: Person insist he is eating 100% consistently, tracking everything and only eating some amount of calories clearly below their expenditure, yet not losing weight.

The reality is this:

- You're miscounting and / or
- You're not consistent with counting over a long enough period of time

If you truly hit 2200kcal for 3 months and kept activity levels as what you're saying, you would lose weight. The reality is, and I know you know this; you're not as maticulous as you insist you are. You haven't been consistent for as long as you say you have. You're not active as you say you are. One of those or a combination is the reality of the situation.

The chances of you having some serious thyroid disease would induce other symptoms, and it is highly unlikely to occur in the first place. What is extremely likely is you not being consistent or counting, about 99% of dieters does that.

It came at the same time with strong depression and lethargy. At the lowest, i was between 220ng/dl and 330ng/dl.
Now i am at 580ng/dl, but i think its because i take finasteride since almost 1 year.
Maybe beeing low t also destroyed my androgen receptors. When i was 18/19, i could build muscle like crazy without any effort.
Now i train hard and consistent, still nothing happens. I also dont sweat, and it feels hard for me to recover.

Bro i've been there, its a toxic cycle of cutting calories to lose fat but then you just lose muscle and fat and just look smaller not more cut. There is a easy fix to this, right now your metabolism is fried you're chronically on a deficit, how tf do u expect to gain muscle while working out 4-5 times a week with 5-10k steps per day. Up your calories to maintenance which should be somewhere around 2700-3000 calories with your activity. Do everything the same, you might gain some weight but you're eating at maintenance so don't freak out it can't be fat (its just glycogen filling up your muscles) Keep working out, i know you know how to do that hence why you were muscular in the first place. 1 thing you need to keep in mind is muscular guys are not chronically under eating.

This is me and i'm eating 3k-4k calories everyday 4k on training days 3k on rest. Now granted i'm 90kg 198cm but it still is the same principle.

This was me 110kg eating 2.5k calories and not losing any weight, i had to legit eat 2k calories to lose weight. Now the thing is you're not fat at all i'd say you're around 16-17% bodyfat if i had to guess. Eating at maintenance will help you gain those muscles you once lost super fast and 9kg muscle with the same fat will automatically reduce bf to around 12%. You're welcome homie, i wish someone told me this during my journey.

You are not skinny fat... you need to clarify your goals. Do you want to gain muscle mass? Then you should lean bulk. Stop bulking and cutting every other month, you are just spinning your wheels. Prepare to lean bulk for 6-8 months straight. If you think you'll get too fat then just cut to 10% for the summer, enjoy the summer, and start your lean bulk August 1st.

Also your free T is normal? Maybe you just have bad androgen receptor sensitivity.

Hungry all the time, but summers rolling round and my body doesn't seem to lose fat on the 1500 cals or so per day i'm used too, so time to slice that some more

1k sounds crazy low. Could damage your metabolism.

5'9'', about 13 stone which is about 180lbs I think
I'm not active enough which is a part of it, but i think the problem is that my cravings get so bad by Friday each week, that I overindulge too much (so it's like M-Fri 1500 cals, then Sat 2500 and Sunday 2500.)
From now on it's 1000 everyday, and maybe a LITTLE more on a Saturday

As for metabolism, not much I can do about that. People talk about 'starvation mode' etc, but I sure as shit know that eating MORE ain't gonna make me lose fat lol. And excercise just burns calories so just eat less. Plus they say too much cardio can fuck your metablism too so kinda can't win

We'll see what happens. 1k cals per day for a month or 2 and reasess
