I get called skinny with clothes. Still i have a huge beer belly.
At the moment i am 71 kg at 178cm.
I was once a muscular 80kg guy, and then when depression and low testosterone hit me, i lost 10-9kg and now i am here. A skinny fat monster.
As it seems, i would need to loose 5-10kg. But then i would be 60-65kg, which is a joke to 99% of girls.
What should i do? I cant roid, because of heart problems
I train 4-5 times a week, and only eat 2200-2300calories, daily 5-10k steps. Still i dont gain muscles, and my belly only gets fatter.
