been stuck in skinny fat stage for 2 months after starvemaxxing eating low calories and only seen a little bit of progress what’s the non cope fix
 
Workout but ig that’s a cope here
 
been doing compound lifts 4x a week consistently hitting at least 8k steps
 
Starvemaxxigm is not the way it’s retarded

16 unfortunately fell victim to lean is law, still 6’2 tho

i did that too when i first started but i figured i should lean bulk to gain muscle and still do cardio to burn fat
sorta like a body recomp
eventually it started working (still stuck in kinda skinny fat hell :forcedsmile:)

i’m about to attempt a body recomp my struggle has always been protien intake
 
Lift weights, get 0.8g protein per lb bodyweight, and be in a caloric deficit. Thats it

Skinnyfat is a combination of not enough muscle, and a bit too much fat

Youre not gonna fix it by starvemaxxing because you wont have enough calories nor protein to build muscle.

if you weigh 160 you need 0.8 of that. So 128 grams of protein a day

Studies show anything beyond 0.7 doesnt give more gains

start tracking your food with cronometer its so good
and if you struggle with protein intake just eat hella yoghurt or atleast protein shakes
