skinnyfat (kind of fat belly and fat face), am i a volcel

i already know my structure isn't great cause kind of recessed chin so would losing skinnyfat look make any change, my face looks boneless (honestly it probably is and the skinnyfat is cope)

it will definitely change but the changes might be minimal or drastic. It heavily depends on the bones you have on your face that are hiding behind layers of fat (There might be none, too. )
