ehh yea? doesnt matter what you take you have to keep on taking it or the effects will fade of course but thats with literally everything since ur body will consume whatever you put into it, the collagen powder is like 30 bucks for 1 kg and you can use that for 2-3 months the ceramides is like 20 bucks and is useable for 1 month and l glutathione lipo is like 20 bucks too for around 1 month

yup i am aware accutane also is good for collagen since it boosts cell turnover which promotes collagen production and is basically a weaker tret but i alreay mentioned why i dont wanna take it im not retarded
