I had the full text written when I accidently closed the window and I lost it so I am gonna be a bit shorter on this one
In real life I am perceived as a conventionally attractive guy by most people. I occasionally get halo effect in treatment from people but there is a minority (5-15%) who sees my jaw shift to one side and they think I am ugly.
My case is a bit strange I have an overbite (5mm) and a crossbite and a midline shift also an asymmetric palate most likely. But from the side everything is okay because I jut but its not a fix. My palate is about 38 mm I don't really have any sleep apnea or any breathing issues only the TMJ disorder could be bad sometimes.
Aesthetic wise and airway wise probably a SARPE + Lefort 1 would be the best option but the issue with this is SARPE almost the same cost in my country than the Lefort in turkey. So I would need to get about 10k$ for a SARPE lose my social life for a year no girlfriend, no clubbing, no nothing also having pain and discomfort from that shit, and I would see some result about the age of 18.5-19 then start the surgery prepping and do the surgery 19.5-20 and get back to a normal life at around 21 that's four year from my life without much social life. (not to mention how would I get that much $) Probably with this way I would have a functionally better airway and maybe a bit better looks.
But the other way seems much more realistic to me, I just get a segmental Lefort 1 which expends the palate about 4-6 mm and I would sit around 40-46 mm which is ideal. Also I would still have my teenage years and probably cope my way out with roidmaxxxing and buying a BMW.
I would expect the changes from the lefort to fix my asymmetric face give a lil bit of lip projection and a bit better under eye support also, and overall better forward growth and more visible zygos and less prominent nasolabial folds .
Other surgeries will be on the list in my 20s:
- Lip lift
- Alar base reduction
- Fat grafting
-CO2 laser for acne scars
-maybe a pectus excavatum one
