i havent trained my legs while gymcelling in like 2/3 months (CAUSE ITS COPE). a few days ago i went to go train soccer with my friend. the fitness section of it was doing

-15 minute continuous run
-4x suicide runs
-2x full field HIIT

It was the first thing we did before doing technical shit. after doing it, my legs were hella fatigued and i could hardly kick the ball let alone fucking jump into the air:forcedsmile: then after it was like i got gangraped brutally, walking around hurt and everything was sore and shit. its been a few days now and some parts of my legs are still sore:feelsohgod:

Bro that's not cause you didn't lift weights tho.
Even if you hit legs often you would probably be sore still since it's a different type of training.
Maybe they wouldn't have been as sore but still bro
