Skull scans, is it over?

Im 16yr 181cm & tanner stage 4 - 4,5
I slouched my way through my early teens and got fed fucking slop when i was a child. My maxilla is recessed and i convinced my parents to get a skull scan done for me, in hopes of getting MSE. I know that my ccw is cooked and i need to work on hella things. The doctor that did the scan said she can put in aligners to widen my upper palatte, idk if its cope or not, the main problem is that my ortho keeps ignoring my problem and just says my upper jaw looks fine. Ice made an appointment with a CMD and will go there in a few days, does anyone have any tips on what to tell them to possibly get MSE? You can see that my maxilla is recessed on the scan, Ive attached it below

your occlusion plane looks fine. Also how much more CCW rotation do you want, it doesnt look that bad

im not a bad looking guy but my side is so fucking cooked bro, I want to to be a lower angle preferably around like 100 since 90 and achievable for me

nice i have 100-90 degree gonial angle and it makes my chin too abtuse.

thats like saying muscle problem when someone gets hurt at the gym. No shit sherlock but its much deeper then that. Dental also comes into play, also that i have too much CCW rotation etc. Its going to be a long journey. I advise you too just study yourself about your problems not always rely on randoms from org. There are good plastic and orthodontic surgery forums id suggest you try instead of this here.

I dont want surgeries, im not blackpilled to the extent that i will ever rope. Im not a bad looking guy and have a pretty good base, i just want to imporve my looks to get all of the benefits. Im looking at getting MSE and one of those puller devices (dont flame me i reaserached this today.)
