Idk the meme about diet. I lived in Russia my whole childhood and the diet was better than most of the US. Good carbs (porridge), soup with beef and veggies. Decent amount of protein and meat. My school even served liver every week lmao which is unheard of in US

Not entirely true. My hair has gotten a bit thicker in recent years. Had thin unmanageable hair when I was 17 and now have thicker more wavy hair at 22 if I grow it out. Growing it out right now to see how it looks now that I've got a hair transplant and good hairline.
