I've tried using photoshop like you suggested and i can't get 2 pics to bloody merge could you PLS create a gif man i haven't asked in such a long time @Slayerino

There is a better way but you need a screen recorder

I've tried that method but both pics need to be the same pixel width or else it fucks around tbqh i've seen slayerino though literally create gifs from pics with different pixel lengths

1-) You have to put the morphed pic layer on top of the original pic layer

2-) Set the morphed layer’s opacity to 0%

3-) Turn on screen recording

4-) Increase the opacity of the morphed layer with whichever speed you want, depending on how you want the GIF to look like

5-) Save the screen recording and crop out the surrounding shit in the screen recorded video so that only the pic is visible

6-) Turn the video into a GIF in ezgif.com

It may sound like a lot but it is so easy and I do it in like 3 minutes at most.

The midface was untouched in the original morph why did it change?
They can't merge because you deformed the entire photo, I had to cut away all the areas around the morphed face, duplicate the original, merge them, and then create the gif. No single pixel inside the face was touched.
