Will a sleep apnea treatement ascend my recessed jaw ? Also my palate is narrow asfuck, I already had a treatement to expand it but they putted permanent retainer now i'm fucking recessed

Please help me

sleep apnea = narrow nasal passage = narrow palate, i dont think it has anything to do with your jaw, only palate

There is alot of things, but i noticed that my tongue was always falling in my throat at night, impossible to "mew".
That shit make me snore

Also I already had a palate expander but now I have retainer and I believe they made me worse

i dont think palate expander can make it worse. if expanding your palate doesnt help, then its probably something else that is causing the sleep aprea. your nasal passage can be blocked in many ways, narrow palate is just one of them.

so does expanding the palate through a 3-piece segmented Lefort 1 fix sleep apnea? or do you need nasomaxillary expansion through some surgery like EASE?

I can do online consultation for you OP for a measly $40 🥰 I am a professional.

Sleep apnea can also be caused by excessive phlegm secretion, you have to clear your sinuses
