What surgery will I get for sleep apnea? I have a big overbite and I feel tired all the time and think I have sleep apnea, does anyone have any advice? I also have a retainer I wear when I sleep.

Try to get a free bimax u might get it but it will be with some jew

medically bimax but don’t settle for only bimax, you will end up with some local surgeon and get mediocre results. If your mandible is underdeveloped so is your chin so to get the most get trimax. I would probably go with a foreign surgeon that can perform it cheaper or else you will have mediocre results
