So I was reading a book for 36 hours straight with minimal breaks. I only had 1 banana, yogurt, water with salt and 2 cups of milk during that time. Just about to go to sleep I couldn't believe what I saw in the mirror, my collagen nuke so hard, eyes area descended to subhuman tier, bloated, sagged skin. Then I took 8 hours sleep and woke up to check again. Unsurprisingly, my collagen is now prime Chico tier, eyes area better, skin tight no sagging and lean face.

Genetics, bozo. I look equally shit even with a good sleeping schedule. Right now, I usually go to sleep at 6 am.

Good thread OP but i promise sometimes i sleep 3-4 hours and wake up super good and super energetic and looking good and sometimes sleeping 8-9 hours or more makes me super tired bag eyes etc

Basic human physiology with being acute sleep deprived your body release adreline, cortisol, + circadian rhythm peak hours,+highest body temperature; these all combined give you temporal energy/high

like one of the users above, I struggle falling asleep like most normies, so I need to do strenuous physical exercice during the day

Meanwhile normies going out all night getting wasted and not getting laid. You are sleeping soundly like a baby optimizing your health.

You need 2 hours of slow wave (deep sleep) sleep every night ideally if you want to look ur best

Doesn't that raise ur cortisol
it makes it even harder for me to fall asleep if i exercise in the evening

Brutal. Yeah i’ve noticed if i sleep enough my bad uee disappears and my eye area becomes chad. Too bad I usually sleep 4 hours so I’m in subhuman mode most days.

Mine is average 1 hour maybe with biohacking like sauna and eightsleep I can get 1.5h

trying to optimize sleep environment and take a melatonin supplement to fix circadian rythm
 
Stupid larp. It can't change that much in one day. My sleep quality has been shit for several months now and it hasn't made any difference looks wise.

My skin was so stiff now it’s smooth. I will use sunacreen as well not retarded like Chico.
