So I was reading a book for 36 hours straight with minimal breaks. I only had 1 banana, yogurt, water with salt and 2 cups of milk during that time. Just about to go to sleep I couldn't believe what I saw in the mirror, my collagen nuke so hard, eyes area descended to subhuman tier, bloated, sagged skin. Then I took 8 hours sleep and woke up to check again. Unsurprisingly, my collagen is now prime Chico tier, eyes area better, skin tight no sagging and lean face.
