never understood why are people lying about being sleep deprived. i mean, i get that you can blame everything on it, but you are straight lying to yourself about a very concrete, specific thing.

i get people with the 5 AM - 2 PM sleeping pattern and their complaining because it's a typical neet/rotter/incel trait, but the average person with the time to shitpost online is absolutely not sleeping 3-4-5 hours per night in periods longer than 2-3 days

im sensitive to sleep deprivation and sleep paralysis and nightmares and anxiety prevented sleep
