I am 16 years old and am about 6’2. I have been getting much less sleep than i should for all my life. I was wondering how much it would really change my development if I started sleeping 8+ hours every day. Does anyone know how much of an impact this will actually have in height and general looks?

yea ur right i probably should, as of half my life i get 6 or under most nights
The minimum should be 6 and it should be good quality sleep, do ur own research on what’s a good quality sleep and how u can get it, obviously magnesium and melatonin , I never used melatonin but I can tell u magnesium works like magic the first day after using it was amazing . sleeping late at night won’t change much as long as u sleep everyday late at night, like everyday there shouldn’t be over a 2 hour difference than the previous day, so like 1am, 2am, 1:30am, 3am, just as long as it’s not a 2 hour difference u should be good

Depends on how much u daily sleep, if u sleep daily for 6 hour and change to 8 there will be a slight difference in total gh production + recovery time but it wont be crazy different, if u sleep under 6 daily and change to 8 there will be a significant different in recovery and gh production so it’s definitely worth it, also make sure if ur sleeping 6 to get good quality sleep
