So basically, sleep deprivation elevate Cortisol, it decreases Collagen production.
Also less GH releases from sleep deprivation, reduce the fatpad of the upper and under eye area. My eye area used to looks like Bjork before I sleep 4-6hours everynight for atleast 4 years, now it is hollow and saggy
I thought I was invincible too. I was under the sun 6 hours a day. I don't even look the same now..
