I've seen a lot of people claim that sleeping on your side significantly changes your facial symmetry, but that isn’t really true. Sleeping on one side of your face may contribute slightly to asymmetry, but the effect is minimal.

Only a few studies suggest that side sleeping might lead to wrinkles over time or make the eyelids appear a bit droopier. Side sleeping does not put enough pressure on your bones to meaningfully change your facial structure.

Most facial asymmetry already exists naturally, and factors such as genetics, dental issues, and normal facial development play a much larger role in causing asymmetry.
One downside of sleeping on your side is that it can put pressure on your shoulders and hips. This pressure may cause pain, soreness, or stiffness, especially if your bed or pillow doesn’t support your body well. Over time, this can caused problems but it's fine if you know when to sleep on side and when to sleep on back.

Having asymmetry and forcing your body to sleep in an uncomfortable position is a stupid idea. It can lead to sleep deprivation, tension, and poor sleep quality. Lack of proper sleep can increase stress, affect skin health, and slow down recovery, potentially leading to issues like dull skin, breakouts, or making you bloat. Prioritizing comfort and quality sleep is more important than worrying about minor asymmetry, since good sleep supports overall health, facial balance.

and all of these tiktokcel that said sleeping on your side causes facial asymmetry are wrong. Most asymmetry is natural and already present, and it is mostly influenced by genetics, not sleeping position.:lul:

It's important to sleep in a position that feels most comfortable and relaxing for you, rather than following a stupid TikTok trend that people didn't put any research in that can make you sleep-deprived. Also if I make any mistake just tell me.

Have a great day everyone ❤️❤️❤️

I don’t like sleeping on my back because I get hard and my dick ends up smacking the blanket, making my clothes and blanket smell. My body is my own downfall.

Ok but actually the truth is sleeping on your back is actually really good for you. It fixes your posture, which decompresses your spine and can even make you a little taller since bad posture can squash your vertebrae by up to an inch. It also makes you breathe through your nose, which boosts oxygen, filters out dust and bacteria, and can even help you sleep better by keeping your airways open.

Dont sleep on your back, because it can ruin your jawline. When you sleep on your back, tongue is not attached to roof of your mouth.

I put my sweat, tears, blood and cums in this post. At least rep me up niggas
