No idea what people are posting, random shit mostly though.
You have two choices:
1) Go forward or backwards 1 hour every day until you arrive at your desired sleep schedule.
2) Wake up at that "3-5 pm" you mentioned, exhaust yourself physically (and mentally) and then take 2-3 melatonin pills 40min-1hr before your desired sleep time.
That's about it.
That's pretty much all you can do, if you want to force it that is.
