This is the full stack:

1mg melatonin + 250mg magnesium glycinate + 100mg suntheanine + 200mg ashwaganda + 3mg vitamin b6 + 80 mg lemon balm.

Do yall think this stack is good enough for the most optimal and deep sleep and also do you think this would be a decent quality stack to run?
