All my Life ppl tell me to sleep at least 8hours a day but on holidays i always wonder if the time u go to sleep at matters too?

on the weekend sleep at whatever time u sleep on a school/work night then take whatever time you wake up naturally (no noises or people waking you up) take how many hours you slept (e.g. you fall asleep at 11:00 pm and you wake up at 10:00 am your sleep time would be 11 hours) so take how many hours you slept and shift your bedtime earlier to make it fit the amount of hours you get naturally before school/work to maximize your natural growth hormone
i go to bed at 2am every night and spam stimulants at night and i'm still 6'1 dont listen them and be a chud
 
bump bro i ask the same question. like yesterday i fell asleep at fucking 1pm i wanna know if time of day matters or if its just duratoin
 
Yes timing matters !
Even with 8 hours with sleep going bed late can mess with hormones u should go to bed at night 10pm-8am
 
6 snuses in my mouth at 12am gives me optimal growth before i go to bed
i had to stop snus cause i was going thru one box a day and i just wouldnt feel shit bro like how do i have 3 xtra strong ones in my mouth and i dont feel the slightest nic rush shit was vexxing me

you need to be consistently sleeping at similar times for your circadian rythm and sleeping deep enough (NREM 3) to produce the most GH, which means generally low light and low noise. you don't typically need exactly 8 hours either but should average above 7 most nights.
