How do i sleep more? Even if i try i cant get more than 6h of sleep, b4 melatonim doesnt work for me. Yall got some drugs for better sleep?

earn your rest.
if you are too lazy in the day your brain punishes you for being a pussy. if you actually go after it consistently you will sleep like a dead man every night.

also no screens an hour before bed and regular meditation helps as well.

Did it all and i cant fell asleep till its deep in night. Lets put it that way i can go to sleep at 3am and sleep 10 hours but i can never go to sleep at 10 or 11pm
