How do you genuinely fall asleep fast?
With that, how do you fix a fried schedule, even if I pass out at 9-10 pm I'd still not be able to sleep untill 12-1 am next day.

keep your windows open to cool the room down its the best environment to knock you out
 
take pills or try to fix sleep schedule
The schedule is the problem, I really don't know how to fix it or set a certain time where I sleep. Sometimes I'm up till 3 am, next day I stay up even later, even if I'm on 3 hours of sleep.

wake up early every day until you get used to it, no afternoon naps and be active through out the day. After a week you will fix it most likely.
