people always preach about how important sleep is for the gym but is it just how long youre sleeping that matters or what times youre sleeping and your circadian rhythm, i sleep like 4-11am

you can sleep at 12 and wake up at 8 and compare that to sleeping at 4 and waking up at 12. trust me its much worse

ur circadian rythm affects when ur hormones get released and the duration impacts recovery and growth. Both matter but if ur circadian rythm is actually 4-11 am then its fine
