Sleeping Mouth Guard

So I don’t know how this community feels about sleeping mouth guards/snoring mouth guards. But I’ve notice over the year that my teeth have gotten a little straighter, and it seems that I have more oral volume. But here is my experience, unfortunately didn’t get a starting photo of how my teeth looked. Just took progress pictures mid way through and up to date
