I have mild scoliosis and I'm trying everything to fix it also fix my neck posture, can sleeping on the floor make your spine stronger or give you better posture

dont sleep on the floor bro i used to do this cause i had no bed for a while so i just slept on carpet covered floor and my face flared up with acne hella
