started to sleep on my back, it helped me to reduce dark under eye circles and also nasolabial folds a litte bit
 
i reduced my dark under eye circles by sleeping on the back without pillow (which further increases the chance that you will not sleep on the side (good for the face bones too)

in 2 months max you will go to sleep and wake up on your back without noticing

I heard crying helps with NL folds.

Sleeping on back can be legit, but it's double edged sword. It increases chance of snoring and mouth breathing.

You'd need to adjust your matress to suit your sleeping position too... Otherwise in the long term you will get back problems

When you sleep on your side, you need a soft mattress to let your shoulders and hips sink in a bit. This will maintain a straight spine.

Sleeping on your back, you need a hard matress, otherwise your back will be curved like a banana, hips will sink, upper back will sink.

true, ideally you should try from time to time to sleep on the foor on something softer like a yoga mat
