someone else on the forum was talking about it. I was realizing how important posture was as well and it would make sense. modern beds and pillows dont seem to position your head correctly, I have the rest of my life to fix my posture and I dont wanna end up having bad forward head posture (makes u shorter) (btw my posture I always thought was good, but you can always improve):
