honestly don’t see the importance of sleep being discussed on this forum enough. I make sure to sleep before midnight every night and wake up feelin refreshed, yeah you can get 8-10 hours sleeping late but waking up in the afternoon makes me feel like a loser. and not getting enough sleep fucks with your digestion process and you wake up bloated, your face looks like shit too, your skin looks pale and your eyes are droopy have dark circles around them. so make sure you sleep good and early and wake up before 10 and start your day feelin sharp and good
