What to do? I do have a pretty blocked nose. What’s something I could say that could convince them I’m sick?
Slept over Exam, need to get a note from nurse or doctor saying I was sick

How can I visit a nurse?
Any way I can force myself to block my nose or do something to force sickness before seeing the nurse ?
