ur chin is fine the problem is ur gonial angle. could do with a bimax or for smt less invasive gonial implants. sometimes implants don’t they don’t sit well with down grown patients who try to mask this with this procedure hence there being some uncanny results. so for thi matter bimax could be a better solution but up to you both could improve your profile
