Slight acne fix.

I’ve always had this bumpy texture on my face since like age 6 but recently I’ve been getting some acne, now i don’t think it’s bad enough for Accutane to be plausible but I don’t think it’s chill enough to be ignored. I’m not posting myself on here so this is a reference pic to something similar I found on reddit

Then it is seborrheic dermatitis. I suggest you to apply tret or taza to get rid of that oily skin so the fungus cannot reproduce.
