Slight fat pouches under the corners of my lips + under bite

So, I was wondering what can I do about them fat pouches, I'm pretty lean and I exercise almost daily,
That apart I'd like to know if there's something I can do at home to fix my under bite, I wouldn't say it's that bad and it's been fixing a bit since I took my braces off, currently my teeth on the lower part of my jaw are aligned/ slightly behind the upper ones
I'm 17 , 183 cm don't know how much I weight
