Aqualyx under my jaw

ive only seen people pin aqualyx on there cheeks but never under the jaw. can i also do that? like on my mandeble or sum i feel like my skin is really sagging there. (i didnt even pin on my cheeks still gotta do a lot of Research yet im just wondering)
