Having slight PIP now from the test injection, I think it’s from the skin and hurts kinda

How do y’all deal with this ?

cold/ice pack
then after warm compress

if it still hurts, take some painkillers, or do something fun and you'll forget about it eventually

also massage it a little. when i used to take ghrp-2 i was rlly itchy, esp my first time. massaging it relieved it somewhat.
