slimming nose

My nose looks huge and bulbous when it's bloated, but when it debloats, it's actually pretty slim. I'd love to maintain that debloated look if possible. I heard hydrocortisone might help, what do you guys think?

low bf% sub15% range, higher water intake, lower processed food consumption, lower refined sugars and sodium slop content involves fried food

this is the main obvious way to have a slimmer nose if this barely makes that effect then you could look into topical retinoids such as taz or tret or even iso tret if your nose is like super oily and shi

hydrocortisones just for reducing inflammation
