Slower growing on isotretinoin while on puberty?

My dermatologist prescribed me accutane but I did some research about slower growing or even growth palates closing faster. Im in puberty rn so I don't know if I really should take it or I should just wait.

temporarily slows, final adult height doesnt change. safe to take it, unless you really dont want to lose a cm over the course of like 2 years idk, hope this helps
