I actually think the gap is there normally after I got to the dentist and get my teeth cleaned and the chewing got rid of plaque or something

In what way?
Your molars are for chewing, they are large and flat and low set so the chewing force is distributed in such a way that is healthy. When chewing with your front teeth or incisors you will over time cause damage by exerting too much force on your teeth and they will become loose at the root or you will chip or wear down the thin fragile tips.
