Small Over the skin Bump on nose post acne

Small over the skin sized bump probs post acne been there for like a year has not changed in size but is skin coloured, not noticeable unless very close to the mirror but how to get rid of it?
I hot toled tret i got 0.025% tretinoin gel started 3 days ago just a pea sized bit on it any recommendations
