Smaller midface and gonions

My midface is too long and gonions/jaw too fucking wide (14cm from one to the other) and they are just slightly smaller than zygos, i look like a boxhead
Any way to cope/fraud it irl? Or just how to max it without surgery, btw i have fear of them becoming wider since im only 14

slightly open your mouth with your lips sealed to fraud it but this might cause downgrowth so idk

true ngl its gonna make your philtrum look a bit longer but it'll make ur gonions look more narrow
