Accutane will shrink the sebaceous oil glands in your nose, making the alar base slimmer.
Hydrocortisone is a cream usually used for anit-inflammatory purposes. It has the side effect of thinning the skin where it's used. When used around the alar base, it can thin the skin there and make it slimmer.
