Girls in scientific studies choose bodies with all wide body parts. Wide waist and hips will look better if they are complemented with the equivalent wide shoulders. Basically a meso with wide shoulders mogs an ecto with tiny body parts but wider shoulders. Wide shoulders aren’t truly wide if all other body parts in comparison are just piss tiny.said no one ever.

they are awkward to isolate, mine are developed form high volume overhead press because they're engaged in the part where the bar is shrugged overhead, but the best is probably pullovers.Best exercises for serratus?
