I'm pure African black. My IQ is somewhere in the 110-120 range. That's not particularly impressive, but I brutally mog almost every single black person I encounter (Light-skinned women are the few exceptions). I'm usually a tiny bit more intelligent than the average Asian person I meet. My older sister is an actual IQ mogger. She's easily in the 130-140 range. She graduated from a top University with an Engineering degree (Not one of the bullshit disciplines like Civil or Software).
