Smashing your facial bones with a hammer for growth? Bone smashing just seems like a bad idea.

This seems restarted to most,
but i know it works by creating micro-fractures that fill in to heal, making the bone larger and stronger.

Do any of you guys do this.
What were your results.

Never tried it. If done you better make sure its done evenly with the same force with the hammers.
