I have some smile lines prob genetics and sun exposure, I know tret 0,1% is the best for this due to the anti aging effect caused by sun but I want to know any accessories around tret ,I am using a balm that I applying it there and also collagen cream ,I moisturize my skin a lot with creams and vit c serum once in a while ,anything effective that I didn't mention above ? Searching for something really new ( I know about copper peptide and I am consider it a good choice ) .

ghkcu is worse than something like matrixyl which are both inferior to tretinoin, you'd also want to use topical serum of ghkcu since thats how most studies were conducted.

Is topical ghkcu even effective ?

Is topical ghkcu even effective ?
yes, the hype is proven through multiple studies where historically most studies were done using a topical variant,

this is one of the first studies which came up when i searched for some, they used a topical cream and show that it is quite effective
