Ive been trying to improve my mouth area. I have a very narrow palate and a slight off center crossbite (I had braces) and I had super yellow teeth with a white tongue. Ive been working on the hygiene part, and im looking into marpe/mse for my palate. What else can I do? Also ive heard that a narrow palate can lead to biofilm on the tongue due to a restricted airway is that true? If anyone has experience with marpe or ortho lmk.
