so im on a bulk to escape twinkdom
and liquid calories are like a cheat code ofc
i put a whole bag of blueberry in the blender
3 oz chia seed
3 tablespoon peaNUT BUTTer
3 tablespoon olive oil xD
3 bananaaaa
3 tablespoon gelatin powder
and a lot of pineapple juice
then i made the blender go brrrrrrrr
and then i have 3 cups of calorie shake
in total, its about hmm idk tbh
but chia seed 1 oz = 100 cal
1 banana = 100 dal
1 tablespoon olive oil = 100cal
blueberry = idk not much probs like 100 cal
gelatin = 0
pineapple juice = 100cal
peanut butter = 100cal
so in total its about 600cal but very yummy and easy to drink
the gelatin and olive oil are really good for skin, and blueberry is very nice antioxidant.
