Look at this study, even though the authors are low IQ(they actually think the results are from insulin increasing testosterone a few percentage, lmao) : https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33118381/
GL1 = breakfast GL load.
GL2 = afternoon snack GL load.
GL3 = between meal GL load.
LOOK AT FACIAL ATTRACTIVENESS CORRELATION VARIABLES:
GL3 aka in-between snacks associated even stronger with male attractiveness than BMI or even age!!! P = <0.001
The authors are absolutely fucking retarded with their idea that high insulin increases hormones a bit or that high blood glucose reduces skin quality, and that these explain the effect. Obviously if BMI is negatively correlated, that can only mean that eating smaller meals spaced out through the day increases attractiveness. The amazing part is obviously how strong the correlation is, even out-ranking BMI and age.
